AUSTIN—The Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLR) Foundation, the non-partisan legal research affiliate of TLR, today launched its newly updated and redesigned website, tlrfoundation.com. The site serves as a one-stop resource for the foundation’s analysis of pressing issues facing Texas’ legal system.
“The TLR Foundation’s in-depth research helps inform legislators, stakeholders and Texans of the challenges affecting our legal system, and serves as the catalyst for critical conversations related to the future of our state’s civil justice system,” TLR Foundation President Hugh Rice Kelly said. “With the launch of the redesigned tlrfoundation.com, the foundation has the ability to present both its past and future analysis in a modern and compelling visual setting to educate visitors.”
The TLR Foundation conducts and supports academically sound, impartial and nonpartisan research, study, analysis and writing related to the justice system in Texas. Research is conducted by lawyers, scholars, analysts and professionals with experience and expertise in the areas being researched and reported.
The TLR Foundation’s published research and reports are posted on tlrfoundation.com and are available to the public. The purpose of the TLR Foundation’s activities is public education on matters concerning the Texas justice system, including its statutory and common law, its regulations and administrative agencies, and the organization and operation of its courts.
